ADMISSION GUIDELINES

The JNIAS School of Planning and Architecture offers graduate and post-graduate Programmes in Architecture. The program includes relevant courses in the concepts, process, technical details and design practice, as well as electives in areas of student interest. The course work is to help the student understand finer aspects of Architecture which are very much integral to designing, planning and scheduling of buildings. The course work aims to impart quality education through effective communication skills and making the students conscious of built form in the contemporary scenario.

Bachelors in Architecture (B.Arch)5 Years (Full-Time)– Qualified in NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) conducted by the Council of   Architecture (COA).
– 10+2 (MPC stream) with a minimum of 50% marks.
– 10+3 (Diploma in Architecture) with a minimum of 50% marks.
M.Arch (Construction Management)2 Years (Full-Time)– B.Tech (Civil) or B.Arch with a minimum of 50% marks.
– Qualified in PGECET (Telangana State) or GATE.
M.Arch (Landscape Architecture)2 Years (Full-Time)– B.Arch with a minimum of 50% marks.
– Qualified in PGECET (Telangana State) or GATE.
